&lt;p&gt;Took it nice and slow today and just ran a little over a mile to get back into things. Happy to know that my time is slowly chipping down though! Hurray! In just a few months,  I went from not being able to run for even 2 minutes straight, to comfortably running a mile straight through at 6mph the whole way. Still not the greatest, but I&amp;#8217;m getting there! :D&lt;/p&gt;
